Holdem Manager Adds Tournament HUD Support for New WPN Client
It was a small release, but a new release nonetheless for
Hold'em Manager 2. In recent days, the popular
poker tracking software added tournament
HUD support for the new WPN client. So, if you play on WPN, you should seamlessly be able to use
Hold'em Manager in tournaments and have a fully functional HUD.
The WPN upgrade was half of the latest retool of
Hold'em Manager 2. The version, officially numbered 2.0.0.8333, also added an "automatic HUD import when importing Coaching packages" to
NoteCaddy.
Text on Hold'em Manager's website detailed, "We added automatic HUD and popups import when importing Coaching packages. HUDs and popups now will be automatically imported during the process. If you have customized HUD and popups that come with the Coaching package, please rename the custom HUD and popups so they will not be overwritten on the next update."
That was it! There wasn't a lot of feedback from players regarding the new version, which was released on June 28, which could mean that very few bugs have been reported. It was the first HM2 release since mid-April. In that release,
Full Tilt Rush support and TableScanner support were added for the site's new client.
Hold'em Manager has a free trial and, if you like what you see, it runs $99.99 for the Professional version, $159.99 for the Pro Combo: Hold'em and Omaha version, and $59.99 for the Small-Stakes version. As our review here on PokerSoftware points out, "Whether you are just starting out and buy the Small-Stakes Version or are a soul-crushing regular using the Pro Version,
Hold'em Manager will be a positive addition to your poker software library."
